hi i’m dasha! i feel inspired by the many different ways the brain can behave like a computer (and vice versa!). at mit, i’m a part of savetfp and singing for service. in ihouse, you can find me watching tv, taking pictures with my polaroid camera, and/or drinking a shirley temple! feel free to reach out to me about anything in person (trust me, you’ll recognize the door) or by email at dashac@mit.edu :]
I'm from Dallas, TX and Seoul, Korea. I've also lived in Sydney and Taipei, and most recently went to school for half a year in Alaska during my gap year. In my spare time, I dance and read novels and cook. I am right now serving as iHouse vice president, and in my spare time I can be found at Trader Joes.
I was born and raised in the suburbs of NY, but my heart is from Guatemala. I've always wanted to be a doctor, and decided to get an engineering degree so I could have a big range of expertise with which best to help people, and I'm super passionate about health equity. I do EMS off campus, and I have a dog named Callie who is literally my most favorite in the whole world. Ever. I also love reading and writing, hence the minor in literature. I'm always down to go out and have an adventure!
I grew up as part of a Nigerian immigrant family in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. Currently I'm interested in sustainable design and thinking about African + Diasporic culture. At MIT, I've enjoyed traveling to different countries (Kazakhstan, India, Brazil) and being part of additional cultural, social action, and community service orgs. I've served a housing chair within iHouse additionally. Be sure to hit me up with any questions now or in the future!
I am from the SF Bay Area, though I have lived in other places like Taiwan and Colorado. My favorite scientific fields are chemical biology and organic chemistry. I am part of ESP and The Tech. In my free time, you can find me going to as many BSO concerts as possible.
Hi, I'm a person! I want to be of as much help as I can to society, which is one of the reasons I find it so hard to choose my major, as you can see above.
hi guys, i'm ana!! i'm from new jersey, so not that far from here! some of my favorite things to do is watch tv shows and movies, crochet, play bass guitar, and hang out with my friends. i also love listening to music, so if you see me i'll probably be wearing headphones and i can't hear you lol. feel free to reach out to me at my email (anamp@mit.edu) if you have any questions about ihouse!
